About Us

The Lstibůrek Lab of Statistical Genetics is based within the Department of Forest Genetics and Physiology at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Sciences, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Led by Milan Lstibůrek, we develop and apply statistical-genetic methods for forest tree breeding, seed orchard optimization, conservation genetics, quantitative genetics, genomic selection, and adaptation to changing environments.
